These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of lyfecoreaxiom.com (the "Site"), operated by Lyfecore Axiom Inc. ("Lyfecore Axiom," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about our products and services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, quotation, or guarantee of results, and nothing on the Site creates a contract between you and Lyfecore Axiom. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Estimates, savings, and incentive disclaimers
Energy-savings figures, dollar amounts, percentages, return-on-investment figures, and similar projections shown on the Site are illustrative estimates based on typical British Columbia facilities upgrading from metal halide or T8 fluorescent lighting to DLC-listed LED systems. Actual results vary by facility type, usage patterns, baseline consumption, and program terms, and are not guaranteed. Figures specific to your facility are provided only after an on-site assessment.
The availability and amount of utility incentives and rebates (including BC Hydro Power Smart and CleanBC programs) are determined by the administering programs, are subject to eligibility and change without notice, and are not controlled or guaranteed by Lyfecore Axiom.
3. Intellectual property and trademarks
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Lyfecore Axiom Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own informational, non-commercial use only; any other use requires our prior written permission.
Product names, brand names, and client and partner logos displayed on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their display does not imply any endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; not to scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users; not to interfere with the security or proper operation of the Site; and not to infringe the rights of Lyfecore Axiom or any third party.
5. The Axiom Assistant
The Axiom Assistant provides general information generated using artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Its responses do not constitute professional advice or a binding quotation and do not create a contract. See our Privacy Policy for how chat information is handled.
